Information
A tornado with eyes and a devilish smile. In the original Paper Mario, they appeared in Dry Dry Desert and would fling Mario into the sky, causing him to land in a different section of the desert, which was already confusing to navigate. As such, they acted more as obstacles than enemies, and were never seen in battle. The same can be done in Arpeggio, but this sheet provides an alternative option, treating them as enemies based around the Wind Element. Despite Dry Dry Desert being in Chapter 2, I gave them stats more resembling something from Chapter 6, which hypothetically could have worked if they were minions of Huff N. Puff; this is mostly done because I gave them an attack that deals Long Fall damage, which is thematically appropriate but rather strong for Chapter 2.
